Happy Birthday Stephen Sondheim

Today marks Stephen Sondheim’s 91st birthday!

Stephen Sondheim remains one of musical theater’s most influential composers and lyricists. Audiences today may know him best for “Sweeney Todd” and “Into The Woods,” while some of his earliest works such as “West Side Story” and “Gypsy” continue to enjoy success on stages around the country.

Rogue Elephant Productions is excited to bring one of his best loved works, “Into The Woods,” to the outdoor stage this coming August, and we thank Mr. Sondheim for this show and wish him a very happy birthday.
